一、項目背景及地理環(huán)境
新疆烏恰縣某鐵礦礦區(qū)位于中國與吉爾吉斯斯坦邊境30公里范圍內(nèi)，礦區(qū)平均海拔3200米，年均氣溫僅3.5℃，冬季最低溫可達(dá)-30℃，年降水量不足200mm，氧含量約為平原地區(qū)的65%，屬于典型的高寒干旱礦區(qū)環(huán)境。
二、礦石性質(zhì)分析
礦物組成：
主要礦物：赤鐵礦（Fe?O?）含量58%以上
次要礦物：石英（SiO?）20-25%，菱鐵礦5-8%
微量礦物：含少量釩、鈦等有價元素
新疆烏恰縣年產(chǎn)80萬噸赤鐵礦破碎項目，位于中吉邊境附近，屬于海拔3200米的高原環(huán)境。該項目選用世邦NK系列移動破碎篩分設(shè)備，NK顎破移動站、NK圓錐移動站組合使用，60天交付，時產(chǎn)150噸，方案好的靈活、適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)。后續(xù)追加年產(chǎn)80萬噸固定式赤鐵礦破碎生產(chǎn)線。
